Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to any tour product booked with Select Georgia LLC and set forth the contractual relationship between Select Georgia LLC and you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as during any tour with Select Georgia LLC you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy. If you confirm booking any of the tour for more than one guest, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all guests including minors and people with disabilities. All such guests indicate their acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions and the guest who has confirmed the booking is selected contact person of the group. Select Georgia LLC offers two types of products, Daily Tours and Tour Packages. Daily Tours are tours that are operated by Select Georgia LLC with maximum of 15 hours in duration and may include but are not limited to comfortable transportation, sightseeing and guide service. Tour Packages combine daily tours and accommodation and may include additional services given in the tour package. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Georgian law and any dispute arising is subject to jurisdiction of courts of Georgia.
1. Cancellation
Guest may cancel the booking by informing Select Georgia LLC. The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the cancelation request is received by Select Georgia LLC.
Daily Tours can be canceled up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local time zone to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Tour Packages can be canceled up to 7 days before the experience start date to receive a full refund, and between 3-6 days to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.
If the tour is canceled by Select Georgia LLC prior to the agreed departure date for reasons not arising from Force Majeure, guest has the choice to accept the tour scheduled on a different date or receive the refund. Select Georgia LLC is not responsible for any losses that the guests may incur as a result of canceled bookings.
2. Booking
The booking is confirmed and these terms and conditions apply when Select Georgia LLC receives the booking from the guest and the guest receives written confirmation of booking. The guest who confirms the booking must be 18 years of age and over, and agrees to provide complete and accurate information to confirm the booking. Any guest who confirms a booking on any tour with more than one guest registered in the booking warrants Select Georgia LLC that the guest has all the necessary consent and authority to make such booking on behalf of all other guests, and the information the guest provides on behalf of all other guests to Select Georgia LLC is complete and accurate and he/she obtained all necessary consent and permission to share such information to complete the booking. Select Georgia LLC recommends guests to obtain travel insurance. Daily Tours and Tour Packages do not include travel insurance but Select Georgia LLC may provide travel insurance for an additional charge. All clients are responsible to assess their physical suitability and capability to participate in a tour with us.
3. Risk
Guests understands that adventure travel has risks and they have considered such threats to their health and safety and by booking the tour, they are willing to assume all risks to the full extent legally possible. The guest understands that the degree and nature of the personal risk involved depends on the nature of the tour booked particularly if such a tour involves physical activities, travel to remote locations, high-risk activities or travel in areas of Georgia with under-developed infrastructure. The guest agrees that Select Georgia LLC will provide information about local customs, weather conditions, safety measures, physical challenges or laws in effect in any locations where tours are operated and guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Georgia. If the guest fails to comply with the above or commit any illegal act, or if in the opinion of the Select Georgia LLC (reasonable basis) the guest’s behavior is causing danger or material annoyance to others, Select Georgia LLC may terminate guest’s travel arrangements without any liability of Select Georgia LLC. Guests will not be entitled to reimbursement of any unused services. Guests agree that they are responsible for all costs incurred by Select Georgia LLC as a result of damage, destruction, theft or extra costs caused by guests during the tour.
4. Force Majeure
Select Georgia LLC is not liable in any way to the guests for death, injury, illness, damage, delay or other damage to person or property or incurred financial costs if such loss is caused by unforeseen circumstances that include but are not limited to war, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist acts, pandemic, civil unrest, labor strikes, political disturbance, riot, government restrain, extreme weather, fire, natural disasters.
5. Updates and Modifications
Select Georgia LLC reserves the right at any time to update or modify these terms and conditions and to post the amended terms and conditions on the Select Georgia LLC website (www.selectgeorgia.ge). Any such change shall take effect immediately after its publication on the website. The most recent Terms and Conditions may be accessed by visiting website or written request Select Georgia LLC.
